Bulgarian IN agency Deya runs a crisis campaign for the bottled gas leader Toplivo Gas

"Toplivo Gas" Ltd. is a leader in the bottled gas market in Bulgaria. It urgently needed a campaign to communicate the necessity to replace gas bottles with new ones due to technical reasons.
Bulgarian IN Agency Deya developed a crisis communication campaign to promote the new gas bottles and support the brand awareness and image.
The new bottle was promoted by billboards, promo game with promo stickers on the bottles, radio, and print materials, distributed among the loyal clients of Toplivo Gas.
The corporate identity of the client was refreshed with logo redesign, new stationery, and branding of the auto park.
The campaign not only achieved the goal to keep the former clients from diverting to other gas suppliers but also led to a considerable increase of the client database of Toplivo Gas. An additional effect was a 30 % increase in sales of bottled gas by the client.
